100,000 people in the Philippines have been forced to flee a devastating storm. The 400-mile-wide Typhoon Nesat hammered the capital of Manila, causing massive flooding and sending debris flying. Officials raced to evacuate citizens, as waters spilled into everything from shanties to upscale hotels even the US embassy.

According to Panama’s Drug Prosecutor, this ring is responsible for moving 18 TONS of Cocaine through Central America in the past 2 years alone.
